These Rules are developed based on Federal Laws of Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights”, “On Tourist Activities”, “Rules of Hotel Services in Russian Federation”, State Standards re tourist and excursion services, other regulatory documents and service standards of Hotel MOZART.

The rules are to ensure proper conditions for the comfortable and safe stay of our guests, to regulate accommodation on the hotel and to set the rules of fire safety.

Rules of Accommodation

The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed upon with the hotel management. After the expiration of the agreed period, the guest is obliged to check out at the request of the management.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM local time.

The complex operates 24 hours a day.

* Accommodation (room assignment) of guests in the hotel is carried out upon presentation of a passport, military ID or other identity documents while the Guest agrees with the current rules of the complex.

* Payment is made in Rubles: in cash, by wire transfer through a booking agreement or with credit cards. Check-in at the hotel is made only after the guest makes payment for the entire period of stay. The payment receipts and the final invoices for services rendered are issued when the guest checks out.

* Regardless of the type of accommodation, in cases when the guest delays the checking-out after the check-out time for a period of no more than 6 hours, payment is made by the hours. If the check-out is delayed for a period from 6 to 12 hours after the check-out time, the fee is charged for half the day. If the delayed check-out exceeds 12 hours after the check-out time, payment is made for a full day.

* If the guest’s cancels his/her stay or reduces the period of residence, the management has the right to

withhold the amount of one night stay from the deposit, paid by the Guest or their guarantor.

* Bed linen is changed once in two days, towels and toiletries are replaced once a day. Upon request and for an additional fee, an extra change of bed linen can be made.

* The hotel bears no responsibility for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electricity, hot and cold water supply).

* The hotel is not responsible for valuables not passed over to the storage room or in the safe.


Guests must:

* When leaving the room, close the water taps and windows; turn off the lights, radio, TV and air conditioning.

* Observe the rules of stay in Hotel Mozart, keep the premises clean and observe silence and public order in the room and the complex.

* Strictly observe fire safety rules;

* Compensate for damages in case of loss and damage to the property of the hotel. The damage is assessed on the basis of the “Price List for Damage to Property”;

* Be responsible for the actions of invited visitors to their room;

* Avoid the possibility of infection in the room;

* Pay for all additional services rendered by the hotel in a timely manner and in full.

* Guests who fail to pay for accommodation or violate the hotel's internal regulations are subject to eviction in accordance with established procedures.


It is prohibited:

* To let any unauthorized persons in the room to stay overnight, and give them the key card;

* To store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury in the room;

* To smoke in the rooms, as well as in halls and corridors of the hotel. Fine – 2000 Rubles;

* To be in a state of drug or strong alcohol intoxication;

* To use any heating appliances, if this is not provided by the hotel;

* To disturb the peace of other guests living in adjacent rooms.
